Let me be straight up...

I talk to lots of acne sufferers every day. Some are amazingly successful right off the bat. Those that struggle Ive observed have a few things in common.

Here are a few of my observations of the pitfalls acne sufferers face and how not to make the same errors.

#1 Mistake: They believe the difficulty is with their skin and try to fix the dilemma topically...

Acne, all acne, be it adult acne or teenage acne is not a skin disease. Now, before you think Im going mad please listen...

Your skin is only an external reflection of your internal system.

To fix your acne problem youve got to give up the irrational notion that you can put some cream or gel on your skin and cure your acne

How do you fix the internal dilemma ? We'll get to that so stay with me.

#2 Mistake: Acne patients do not have a ardent knowledge of whats really the cause of their acne...

Some shout refined sugar causes acne. Others blame it on too much sex, or birth control pills, or not having of birth control pills.

While others yell "it's becasue of bad diet", or bad hygiene. While others exclaim diet has nothing to do with it...its all your parents fault...

And a swarm of other ideas.

(By the way, all of them are wrong. None of them are the true cause of acne.)

And because they never figure out whats really causing their acne they squander their precious time and money on totally worthless treatments that never really address the the root acne cause.

#3 Mistake: If they are lucky enough to find out whats causing their acne they dont have an effective system or protocol to fix the dilemma...

...Or they are missing an key part that is preventing them from fixing the problem.

So they give up for awhile, only to jump on the next acne fad or quick-fix acne gel. But they never correct what's really the cause of acne.

They end up anguishing years and years when they dont have to. And they suffer more when its unnecessary.
